摘  要:由于油田三采开发的不断深入,水中含剂浓度增加,污水站过滤罐滤料再生能力不断降低,部分污水站采用了提温反冲洗工艺,但由于反冲洗时间较短,一般约为15 min左右,造成热水的热能利用率低,为此提出了闷罐反冲洗的方式,延长热水停留时间以提高热能利用率,摸索并优化了闷罐提温反冲洗的温度。将闷罐过程划分不同的温度区间,由不同温度的闷罐效果确定适宜闷罐的温度,根据摸索的适宜温度优化闷罐时间;针对环境影响按季节制定闷罐温度,同时对闷罐后反冲洗方式进行对比,确定采用常温水进行反冲洗;并根据去除率下降周期确定了闷罐周期,提高了滤料再生效果。采用闷罐提温反冲洗可以有效提高热能利用率并改善滤料再生效果。Due to the continuous development of the tertiary oil recovery of oilfield,the concentra-tion of agent in the water increases,and the regeneration capacity of the filter material in the filter tank of the sewage station is continuously reduced.Some sewage stations adopt the process of raising tempera-ture and backwashing.However,due to the short backwashing time,which is generally about 15 min-utes,the utilization rate of hot water is low.Therefore,the method of closed tank backwashing is pro-posed to prolong the residence time of hot water and improve the utilization rate of heat energy.Differ-ent temperature ranges are divided in the process of tank closing,the appropriate tank closing tempera-ture is determined according to the sealing effect of different temperatures,the tank closing time is opti-mized according to the suitable temperature explored,and the tank closing temperature is determined according to the season and the environmental impact.At the same time,the backwashing methods are compared,the normal temperature water is determined for backwashing,and the tank closing cycle is determined according to the decreasing cycle of removal rate to improve the filter material regeneration effect.Using the closed tank to raise temperature and backwashing can effectively improve the utilization rate of heat energy and the regeneration effect of filter material.
