摘 要:激光在线测量技术在白车身制造过程质量控制中处于探索阶段,应用开发不充分时,将造成资源浪费。在前期设计阶段需综合考虑工艺布置和关键测量点的选择,满足工时节拍及尺寸功能需求。工艺调试阶段需通过大量数据进行反复实践验证,实现测量值校准。在应用实践阶段需充分利用大数据统计,不断改善,实现实时监控、拦截、分析尺寸缺陷。激光在线测量技术数据处理能力与工作效率优势明显,满足智能制造的发展需要。Laser on-line measurement technology in quality control of Body-In-White(BIW)manufacturing process is in the exploratory stage,insufficient application development will cause a waste of resources.In the early stage of design,the process layout and the selection of key measuring points should be considered comprehensively to meet the circle time and the functional requirements of dimensions.In the process debugging phase,it needs to be verified repeatedly through a large number of data to achieve the calibration of the measured value.In the phase of application,it is necessary to make full use of big data statistics,constantly improve,and achieve real-time monitoring,interception and analysis of defects.The laser on-line measurement technology has obvious advantages in data processing capacity and working efficiency,which meets the development direction of intelligent manufacturing.
