摘　　要：公共生态产品的供给是关系民生的重大社会问题,也是关系人类可持续发展的重大经济问题。本文在深入考察贵州省公共生态产品供给现状的基础上,深入剖析贵州省公共生态产品供给机制存在的问题,并在对公共生态产品供给全过程进行重新认识的基础上,从生态资本运营的角度提出了贵州省公共生态产品供给机制可能创新的方向。本文认为,公共生态产品的供给是一个由人类生产生活行为与自然生态系统自然力作用相互依存相互影响的闭合循环,扩大公共生态产品供给的核心在于如何调整人类生产生活给生态资本带来的影响。The supply of public ecological products is a major social issue related to people’s livelihood,as well as a major economic issue related to the sustainable development of mankind.Based on the in-depth investigation of the current situation of the supply of public ecological products in Guizhou Province,this paper deeply analyzes the problems existing in the supply mechanism of public ecological products,and on the basis of re-understanding the whole process of the supply of public ecological products,puts forward the possible direction of the innovation of the supply mechanism of public ecological products from the perspective of ecological capital operation.The paper holds that the supply of public ecological products is a closed cycle of interdependence,which influenced by human production and natural forces of natural ecosystem.The core of expanding the supply of public ecological products is how to adjust the impact of human production and life on ecological capital.
