Research on the Training Plan of Higher Vocational Logistics Talents from the Perspective of New Business——Based on the Analysis of 9 Higher Vocational Colleges in Xinjiang

摘  要:随着数字经济时代的到来,大数据、“互联网+”等新技术对传统商业模式、商业组织、商业规律乃至商业价值观影响极大,传统商科人才培养模式都已经无法满足新商业对人才的需求。本文运用文本分析法,对新疆9所高职院校物流专业培养方案中的培养目标、课程设置和培养模式中的核心词汇进行统计,并将统计结果与新疆人才网物流岗位需求描述进行比对,分析在数字经济为特征的新商业时代,高职院校人才培养方案与人才需求的匹配程度。通过分析,认为传统的高职物流人才培养目标、课程设置及培养模式已无法满足市场需求,高职物流管理专业应主动适应新经济,重视人才需求端变化,新商业理念拓展课程内涵与外延,使各院校课程具有明显的新商科属性。With the advent of the digital economy era,new technologies such as big data and"Internet+"have great impact on traditional business mode,business organizations,business laws and even business values.Traditional business talents cultivation mode cannot satisfy the needs of talents in new business anymore.Using text analysis method,this paper makes statistics on the educational objectives,curriculum and core words of cultivation mode in the cultivation programs of Xinjiang’s 9 higher vocational colleges,and compares the statistical results with the logistics position demand description of Xinjiang talent website,then analyze the matching degree of cultivation programs in higher vocational colleges and talents demand from the perspective of the new business era which is characterized by digital economy.Through the analysis,this paper proposes that traditional higher vocational colleges’talents cultivation objective,curriculum and cultivation mode cannot meet the need of market,logistics major in higher vocational colleges should adapt to new economy actively,take the change of talents demand seriously.New economy idea expands connation and extension of curriculum,which will make the courses in higher vocational colleges have obvious new business properties.
