摘 要:目的试验将针对胫骨平台隐匿性骨折患者实施多层螺旋CT与MRI检查,进一步分析二者临床诊断价值。方法试验选取2019年6月至2020年5月收治的胫骨平台隐匿性骨折患者作为研究对象,对50例患者均实施MRI检查和多层螺旋CT检查,分别对比检出率以及相关情况。结果从检查结果上看,MRI检查方式在骨折线清晰显示率(88.00%)、骨平台塌陷和错位的显示率和清晰显示率(86.00%、66.00%)方面均高于CT检查方式(70.00%、66.00%、42.00%),有明显差异(P<0.05);但是二者在检出率方面无明显差异(96.0%vs.94.0%)(P>0.05)。结论采用多层螺旋CT以及MRI均可以对胫骨平台隐匿性骨折进行检出,但是在骨折细节问题的显示上MRI检测更为敏感,可结合患者的实际情况、治疗需求进行不同检测方式的选择。Objective In the experiment,the multi-slice spiral CT scanning and MRI influence technology will be implemented for patients with occult fracture of tibial plateau,and the clinical diagnostic value will be further analyzed.Methods The patients with occult fracture of tibial plateau admitted from June 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects.MRI and multi-slice spiral CT were performed on 50 patients,and the detection rate and related conditions were compared respectively.Results From the inspection results,the MRI inspection method is higher than the CT inspection method(70.00%,70.00%,66.00%)in terms of the clear display rate of fracture line(88.00%),bone platform collapse and dislocation,and clear display rate(86.00%,66.00%).(66.00%,42.00%),there is a significant difference(P<0.05);but there is no significant difference in the detection rate between the two(96.0%vs.94.0%)(P>0.05).Conclusion The hidden fracture of tibial plateau can be detected by multi-slice spiral CT and MRI,but MRI is more sensitive in showing the fracture details,which can select different detection methods according to the actual situation.
