CT影像诊断支气管扩张症的临床作用探析

摘　　要：目的评价将CT影像学技术应用在对支气管扩张症进行诊断当中的效果。方法调查时间选择2018年4月至2019年10月,将在此期间到我院接受治疗的34例疑似支气管扩张症患者作为本文的研究对象进行调查,对所有患者临床资料进行回顾性分析和统计,并且在患者治疗之前选择CT影像学技术进行诊断,分析CT影像学诊断结果和治疗以后的确诊结果之间的比较情况,评价CT影像学诊断支气管扩张症的临床价值。结果34例疑似支气管扩张症的患者病理诊断为支气管扩张症33例,占97.06%,CT影像学诊断检查30例,符合率为90.91%,敏感度为96.67%,特异度为75.00%,准确度为94.12%;对经过CT影像学诊断为支气管扩张症的30例患者进行分析,共检测出支气管扩张肺段72个,扫描支气管53个,影像当中可见囊状型支气管扩张患者10例;30例经过CT诊断出的支气管扩张症患者所在的肺叶、肺段都存在有支气管扩张的清晰征象。结论通过CT影像学对支气管扩张症患者进行诊断能够发挥良好的辅助诊断的价值,可以为临床支气管扩张症的诊断工作提供可行的依据。Objective To evaluate the effect of CT imaging technique in the diagnosis of bronchiectasis.Methods The investigation time was selected from April 2018 to October 2019,34 patients with suspected bronchiectasis who were treated in our hospital during this period were investigated as subjects in this study.Retrospective analysis and statistics were performed on the clinical data of all patients.CT imaging techniques were selected for diagnosis before treatment,and the comparison between CT imaging findings and confirmed outcomes after treatment was analyzed to evaluate the clinical value of CT imaging in the diagnosis of bronchiectasis.Results 34 cases of suspected bronchiectasis were pathologically diagnosed as bronchiectasis in 33 cases,accounting for 97.06%,and 30 cases were diagnosed by CT imaging.The coincidence rate was 90.91%,the sensitivity was 96.67%,the specificity was 75.00%,and the accuracy was 94.12%;analysis of 30 patients diagnosed with bronchiectasis by CT imaging,a total of 72 bronchiectasis lung segments were detected,53 bronchi were scanned,and 10 patients with cystic bronchiectasis were seen in the image;30 cases passed There are clear signs of bronchiectasis in the lung lobes and lung segments of patients with bronchiectasis diagnosed by CT.Conclusion The diagnosis of bronchiectasis patients by CT imaging can play a good value in assisted diagnosis,which can provide a feasible basis for the diagnosis of clinical bronchiectasis.
