预防性护理干预对手术室层流手术间感染率控制情况的影响

摘　　要：目的研究预防性护理干预对手术室层流手术间感染率控制情况的影响。方法调查选取2020年5月至2020年8月,我院手术室收治的1000例手术室患者作为调查对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组500例。对照组患者采用常规护理干预,观察组患者采用防性护理干预。对比分析两组不同的护理方式的干预效果。结果通过对两组患者采用不同的护理方式,观察组患者总感染率低于对照组患者总感染率(P<0.05);观察组的手术人员污染次数、影响的手术时间低于对照组(P<0.05);医师的满意度和患者的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论预防性护理干预对手术室层流手术间感染率控制效果良好,可有效降低感染率,提高患者生活质量。Objective To study the effect of preventive nursing intervention on infection rate control in laminar flow operation room.Methods One thousand cases of operating room patients in our hospital from May 2020 to August 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 500 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given preventive nursing intervention.The intervention effects of different nursing methods in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The total infection rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the number of contamination of the operating staff and the operation time of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);and the satisfaction of the doctors and patients were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The effect of preventive nursing intervention on the infection rate of laminar flow operation room is good,which can effectively reduce the infection rate and improve the quality of life of patients.
