探讨预见性护理在阴道分娩产后出血护理中的改善作用及效果

摘　　要：目的探讨在阴道分娩产后出血护理中预见性护理的改善作用及效果。方法选取68例2018年5月至2019年5月在本院阴道分娩的产妇为研究对象,随机分组用双盲法,给予参照组常规护理,研究组预见性护理,比较两组护理效果。结果与参照组相比,研究组产后2 h、产后24 h出血量更少,SDS、SAS评分更低,产后并发症发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论在阴道分娩产后出血护理中预见性护理的应用能有效改善出血状况,还能纠正产妇不良情绪,优化母婴结局。Objective To explore the effect of predictive nursing in the nursing of postpartum hemorrhage after vaginal delivery.Methods Sixty-eight cases of vaginal delivery in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing,the study group was given predictive nursing,and the nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the reference group,the study group had less blood loss 2 hours after delivery and 24 hours after delivery.lower scores of depression(SDS)and anxiety(SAS),and lower incidence of postpartum complications(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of predictive nursing in the nursing of postpartum hemorrhage in vaginal delivery can effectively improve the bleeding situation,correct the unhealthy mood of the puerpera and optimize the outcome of mother and infant.
