宫外孕失血性休克早期的抢救及护理体会

摘　　要：目的探究宫外孕失血性休克的早期抢救与护理体会。方法选取我院收治的120例宫外孕失血性休克患者作为研究对象,时间为2018年3月至2019年3月,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例,分别给予早期抢救护理干预与常规急救护理,对两组患者不同抢救护理方法的效果进行对比分析。结果试验组护理满意率(95.00%)显著高于对照组(78.33%),P<0.05。试验组住院时间为(7.10±0.30)d,切口愈合时间为(3.60±0.40)d;对照组住院时间为(12.60±1.40)d,切口愈合时间为(6.70±0.80)d,对比差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在宫外孕失血性休克患者中给予早期抢救护理干预,能够显著改善患者的症状,提高抢救成功率,促使其生活质量显著上升。Objective To explore the early rescue and nursing experience of hemorrhagic shock in ectopic pregnancy.Methods A total of 120 patients with ectopic pregnancy hemorrhagic shock admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects,and the period was from March 2018 to March 2019.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group,respectively give early rescue nursing intervention and conventional emergency care,nursing method and effect of two groups of patients with different rescue were analyzed.Results The nursing satisfaction rate of the experimental group(95.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.33%)(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of the experimental group was(7.10±0.30)days,and the wound healing time was(3.60±0.40)days.The hospital stay of the control group was(12.60±1.40)days,and the wound healing time was(6.70±0.80)days.The difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion Early rescue and nursing intervention in patients with hemorrhagic shock of ectopic pregnancy can improve the success rate of rescue,significantly improve the symptoms of patients,and promote their quality of life significantly increased,which is of high clinical application value.
