临床护理路径在老年支气管哮喘护理中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的分析老年支气管哮喘患者采用临床护理路径进行护理的临床应用效果。方法选取我院2017年8月至2018年7月收治的老年支气管哮喘患者82例为研究对象,按照随机掷硬币方式分成试验组与对照组,每组患者41例。其中,对照组采用单纯的常规护理方案进行护理,试验组在此基础上加用临床护理路径进行护理,对比两组患者的住院时间、血氧饱和度、1 s用力呼气容积、住院费用、护理满意度、依从性、焦虑和抑郁程度。结果研究结果显示,经过护理以后,试验组患者的住院时间显著短于对照组,血氧饱和度、1 s用力呼气容积显著优于对照组,护理满意度、依从性显著高于对照组,P<0.05。护理前两组患者的焦虑和抑郁评分对比差异不显著,P>0.05,护理后两组患者的焦虑和抑郁评分均优于护理前,而且试验组优于对照组,对比差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论针对老年支气管哮喘患者,采用临床护理路径模式进行护理,能够有效改善患者的临床症状,促进患者尽快恢复,缩短患者住院时间,缓解患者的不良情绪,该护理方案值得在临床中推广使用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of clinical nursing route for elderly patients with bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 82 elderly patients with bronchial asthma who were admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to July 2018 were selected as the research object.They were divided into two groups according to the random coin tossing,41 cases in the experimental group and 41 cases in the control group.Among them,the control group adopted a simple routine nursing program for nursing,and the experimental group added a clinical nursing path nursing program on this basis,comparing the hospitalization time,blood oxygen saturation,forced expiratory volume in 1 s,hospitalization cost,and nursing satisfaction,and compliance,anxiety score and depression score of the patients in the two groups.Results The study results showed that after nursing,the hospitalization time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,the blood oxygen saturation and forced expiratory volume in 1 s were significantly better than the control group,and the nursing satisfaction and compliance were significantly higher than the control group,P<0.05;the difference of anxiety and depression between the two groups before nursing was no significant,P>0.05,the anxiety and depression of the two groups after nursing were better than before nursing,and the experimental group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion For the elderly patients with bronchial asthma,the nursing mode of clinical nursing path can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients,promote the patients to recover as soon as possible,shorten the hospitalization time of the patients,and alleviate the negative emotions of the patients.
