摘  要:采用悬浮床加氢工艺,在原有催化裂化(FCC)油浆与西湾煤为原料的基础上,利用煤焦油替代部分FCC油浆进行煤焦油-煤炭(以下简称油-煤)共炼,分析了FCC油浆、煤焦油的性质,并在一定温度、压力、空速、原料配比等工艺条件下,考察了煤焦油作原料进行油-煤共炼的可行性。结果表明:与FCC油浆相比,煤焦油的固体质量分数、残炭值、元素组成等指标相近,胶质和沥青质质量分数较高,馏程明显较低;在悬浮床加氢反应温度为468℃,反应压力为22 MPa,质量空速为0.5 h^(-1)的条件下,当煤焦油∶FCC油浆∶煤炭质量比为30∶25∶45时,共炼后煤转化率为97.14%,沥青质转化率为95.12%,液体收率较以单纯FCC油浆作原料时增加7.44个百分点,煤焦油更适合作为油-煤共炼的原料油。Basing on the case where original fluid catalyst cracking(FCC)slurry and Xiwan coal were raw materials,coal tar was used to replace part of FCC slurry for co-refining of coal tar and coal research(hereinafter referred to as oil-coal)by suspension bed hydrogenation technology.The properties of FCC slurry and coal tar were analyzed,and the feasibility of co-refining oil and coal with coal tar as raw material was investigated.The results showed that the mass fraction of the solid,carbon residue value and element composition of coal tar were similar with FCC slurry,while the content of resin and asphaltene were higher,and the distillation range was obviously lower.Under the conditions of reaction temperature of 468℃,reaction pressure of 22 MPa and mass space velocity of 0.5 h^(-1) in suspension bed hydrogenation,when the mass ratio of coal tar to FCC slurry to coal was 30∶25∶45,the conversion of coal and asphaltene were 97.14%and 95.12%,respectively.The liquid yield was 7.44 percentage points higher than that of FCC slurry,which meant coal tar was more suitable for oil-coal co-refining.
