摘 要:为提高中国石油大连石化公司60万t/a连续重整装置脱C_(6)精馏塔关键组分苯和甲苯的分离精度,利用Aspen HYSYS V 11流程模拟软件建立了脱C_(6)精馏塔的模型,优化了操作参数,考察了关键组分苯和甲苯的分离精度。结果表明:模拟操作参数与标定参数偏差约为3%,精馏塔最优操作条件为:塔底温度157.0℃、灵敏板温度84.5~85.0℃、塔顶温度79.8℃,此时,苯回收率为85.0%~92.0%;根据模型优化结果,增设了海水冷却器,将塔底温度由152.0℃提高至154.0℃,灵敏板温度由82.9℃提高至84.0℃,回流温度控制在30.0℃,实际运行中精馏塔塔底重整汽油中苯质量分数降至0.490%,塔顶C_(6)馏分中甲苯质量分数小于0.010%,苯回收率为89.5%。In order to improve the separation accuracy of benzene and toluene for the 0.6 Mt/a continuous reforming unit′s C_(6)distillation tower in Dalian Petrochemical Company of PetroChina.A simulation model of the tower was built with Aspen HYSYS V 11 process simulation software.The operating parameters were optimized and the separation accuracy of benzene and toluene was investigated.The results showed that the deviation of the parameters between the simulated operation and the calibration was about 3%,the optimal operating conditions of the distillation tower were 157.0℃at the bottom of the tower,84.5-85.0℃at the sensitive plate,79.8℃at the top of the tower,and the recovery of benzene was 85.0%-92.0%.According to the optimization results of the model,a new seawater cooler was added during the break-down maintenance.By increasing the bottom temperature from 152℃to 154℃,the temperature of the sensitive plate from 82.9℃to 84.0℃,and the reflux temperature was controlled at 30℃.In actual operation,the mass fraction of benzene in reformed gasoline from bottom of fractionator was reduced to 0.490%.The mass fraction of toluene in the top C_(6)fraction was less than 0.010%,and the benzene recovery was 89.5%.
