摘  要:采用中国石油与中国石油大学(华东)合作开发的无循环上流式液相加氢成套技术(C-NUM),于2019年在中国石油庆阳石化公司建成国内首套40万t/a航空煤油(简称航煤)加氢装置,在该装置上采用专用催化剂FDS-103以及配套的FDG-231和FDG-233加氢保护剂,考察了装置的实际运行操作参数、加氢精制效果、产品质量、综合能耗等。结果表明:处理后的加氢精制航煤平均收率可达到99.75%,比设计值高0.03个百分点,综合能耗为4.38 kg/t,比设计值低0.48个单位;经处理后,加氢精制航煤初馏点平均升高5.41℃,终馏点平均降低0.30℃,含硫量平均降低183.69μg/g,酸值平均降低0.0004 mg/g,冰点平均降低0.56℃,闪点平均升高4.41℃,烟点降低0.3 mm,铜片腐蚀达到1 b;加氢精制航煤产品各项指标均达到了C-NUM技术的设计产品质量要求,满足3#喷气燃料指标。In 2019,the first 0.4 Mt/a aviation kerosene hydrogenation unit was built in Qingyang Petrochemical Company of PetroChina,basing on non-circulation up-flow liquid phase hydrogenation technology(C-NUM)that developed jointly by PetroChina and China University of Petroleum(East China).Besides,the special catalyst FDS-103 and the its matching hydrogenation protectors FDG-231 and FDG-233 were adopted in the unit.The operation parameters,hydrorefining effect,product quality and comprehensive energy consumption of the unit were investigated.The results showed that the average yield of hydrogenated aviation kerosene could reach 99.75%,which was 0.03 percentage points higher than the designed value,the comprehensive energy consumption was 4.38 kg/t,which was 0.48 kg/t lower than the designed value,and the initial distillation point of hydrogenated aviation kerosene had increased by 5.41℃on average,the average decrease of final distillation point,sulfur content,acid value and freezing point were 0.30℃,183.69μg/g,0.0004 mg/g and 0.56℃,respectively;the average increase of flash point of the hydrogenated aviation kerosene was 4.41℃,the decrease of its smoke point was 0.3 mm,and the corrosion of copper sheet could reach 1 b.All the indexes of the hydrogenated aviation products had met the quality requirements of the C-NUM technology′s designed product standards,the 3#Aviation Kerosene Index.
