摘  要:分析了中国石油大连石化公司连续重整装置催化剂失活原因,并对该装置重整反应、再生操作工艺参数进行优化调整,对再生单元流程进行改进,考察了催化剂再生效果。结果表明:催化剂在高苛刻度条件下进行反应,催化剂会因快速积炭而失去活性;通过采取将缓冲区料位计阻尼值由20 s降为15 s,降低蒸发塔压力至0.85~0.88 MPa,提高回流比至0.3~0.4,控制烧焦氧体积分数在0.50%~0.55%,将再生催化剂注氯量由16 kg/d提高至18 kg/d,提高再生电加热器和空气电加热器的出口温度分别至480~485℃,560~565℃,设置双注氯加热夹套等改进措施,重整反应温降逐渐由172℃提高至295℃,且处于稳定状态;重整待生催化剂氯质量分数由0.86%增至1.00%,再生催化剂氯质量分数由0.97%提高至1.13%;脱戊烷塔塔底油C≥8非芳烃质量分数由2.97%逐渐降至1.93%,研究法辛烷值由89提高至约100,苯收率由3.5%提高至5.5%;氯化温度由420℃提高至540℃,氢铂比由0.72提高至0.95,催化剂性能得到大幅提升。The causes of catalyst deactivation in the continuous reforming unit of Dalian Petrochemical Company,PetroChina were analyzed.The operation process parameters of reforming reaction and regeneration were optimized and adjusted.The regeneration unit process was improved and the effect of catalyst regeneration was investigated.The results showed that the catalyst was covered by deposited carbon rapidly and lost its activity when the reaction was carried out under high severity condition.By taking the following optimizations,such as changing the damping value of buffer level meter from 20 s to 15 s,reducing the pressure of evaporation tower to 0.85-0.88 MPa,increasing the reflux ratio to 0.3-0.4,maintaining the volume fraction of coke burning′s oxygen within the range of 0.50%to 0.55%,increasing the chlorine injection rate of regenerated catalyst from 16 kg/d to 18 kg/d,increasing the outlet temperature of regenerative electric heater and air electric heater to 480-485℃and 560-565℃respectively,setting up double injection chlorine heating jacket and other improvement measures,the temperature drop of reforming reaction had increased from 172℃to 295℃and was in stable state;the mass fraction of spent reforming catalyst′s chlorine had increased from 0.86%to 1.00%,the mass fraction of regenerated catalyst′s chlorine had increased from 0.97%to 1.13%;the mass fraction of C≥8′s non-aromatic hydrocarbons in depentanizer bottom oil had decreased from 2.97%to 1.93%,the research octane number had increased from 89 to about 100,the benzene yield had increased from 3.5%to 5.5%,the chlorination temperature had increased from 420℃to 540℃and the atomic ratio of hydrogen to platinum had increased from 0.72 to 0.95,which meant the catalyst performance had been greatly improved.
