摘 要:测定了在水温20和25℃条件下不同盐度(41.9‰、31.8‰、24.8‰、15.9‰、11.5‰和9.7‰)和极端营养盐(富含氮、磷和去除氮、磷)分别胁迫12 d后线形硬毛藻(Chaetomorpha linum)的生长情况。结果表明,在水温20和25℃时,盐度对线形硬毛藻特定生长率(SGR)均有显著影响,且该影响在两个温度组间没有显著差异(P<0.05)。在盐度为31.8‰时,SGR达到最大值24.93%/d~25.14%/d。当盐度升高至41.9‰,SGR下降不显著。随着盐度降低,SGR下降。当盐度降至11.5‰时,SGR下降显著。当盐度≤15.9‰时,藻体在培养至第9天发生质壁分离。在水温20℃时极端营养盐对SGR具有显著影响,而在水温25℃时影响不显著。相对于氮、磷浓度,盐度可能是线形硬毛藻生长的限制因子。The Growth of Chaetomorpha linum exposed to different salinity levels(41.9‰,31.8‰,24.8‰,15.9‰,11.5‰and 9.7‰)and extreme nutrient concentration(N,P-enriched and N,P-removed)for 12 d at 20℃and 25℃respectively were examined.Results showed that significant effects of salinity on the specific growth rate(SGR)of C.linum were found both at 20℃and 25℃,and no obvious difference among these two temperature treatments.The maximum SGR 24.93%/d~25.14%/d was reached at salinity 31.8‰.When salinity ascended to 41.9‰,SGR decreased indistinctively.With the reduction of the salinity,the SGR decreased.When salinity reduced to 11.5‰,SGR decreased obviously.When salinity reduced to less than 15.9‰,plasmolysis phenomenon occurred in parts of alga at the 9th day.Significant effects of nutrient on the growth of C.linum were found at 20℃but not at 25℃.Salinity,not nutrient,may be the limiting factor for the growth of C.linum.
