摘　　要：西南科技大学原绵阳地区三线建设历史、文化、遗产研究课题组通过资料收集、档案查阅、实地勘察和人物访谈,并经仔细求证和认真研究,确定在绵阳发现了“国家测绘总局第三分局”“中国人民解放军铁道兵学校”旧址,并对其发展历史进行了回顾、文化内涵进行了解读、遗产现状进行了梳理,同时对其今后的保护、利用、开发提出了政策建议。The former research group of the history,culture and heritage of the third line construction in Mianyang area of Southwest University of science and technology,through data collection,file access,field investigation,and person interview,and after careful verification and careful research,determined to find the former site of“the Railway Academy of the Chinese people’s Liberation Army”and“the third branch of the State Administration of Surveying and mapping”in Mianyang,and reviewed its development history At the same time,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions for its future protection,utilization and development.
