摘 要:为了改善环境,积极响应国家以及国际社会对碳排放要求,近年来电动汽车等清洁能源设备得到快速发展,已在电机工业板块占有一席之地。受到电动汽车结构与功能的限制,对汽车电机发热以及体积有很高的要求,应用数值传热与流场理论对汽车电机冷却方案进行设计与优化已成为产品研发新趋势。现将一台电动汽车用电机为研究对象,应用数值仿真方法,对其冷却方案进行分析与研究,以达到优化电机冷却方案的目的。In order to improve the environment and actively respond to the carbon emission requirements in national and international community,the clean energy equipment such as electric vehicles has developed rapidly in recent years,and has occupied a place in the motor industry.Limited by the structure and function of electric vehicles,there are high requirements on the heating and volume of the motor.The application of numerical heat transmission and flow field theory to the design and optimization of the cooling scheme of the vehicle motor has become a new trend of product development.Taking an electric vehicle motor as the research object,this paper analyzes and researches its cooling scheme by numerical simulation method,so as to achieve the purpose of optimizing the motor cooling scheme.
