摘  要:无轴承电机是根据磁轴承和电机产生电磁力原理的相似性,在电机的定子上安装绕组,此绕组在磁轴承中产生径向力,以解耦的方式达到对电机转矩和径向悬浮力独立控制的目的.介绍了无轴承电机发展背景、国内外现状,基本结构、论述了无轴承电机的应用领域及应用前景。无轴承电机具有磁悬浮磁轴承的所有长处,拥有结构紧凑、高传动效率、长寿命运行等优点,无菌、无污染以及有毒有害液体或气体的传输是无轴承电机典型应用场合,无轴承电机还能消除轴承带来的故障并且减少安全隐患。According to the similarity of electromagnetic force principle between magnetic bearing and motor, the windings which produce radial force in magnetic bearing is installed on stator of the bearingless motor so as to achieve the purpose of independently controlling the motor torque and the radial suspension force based on the decoupling method. This paper introduces the development background, overseas and domestic current situation as well as basic structure of bearingless motor, and discusses the application field and prospect of it. The bearingless motor has all the advantages of magnetic suspended bearing such as compact structure, high transmission efficiency and long operation life. Aseptic, pollution-free and transmission of toxic and harmful liquid or gas are typical applications of bearingless motor. Bearingless motor can also eliminate the faults caused by bearing and reduce potential safety hazards.
