摘　　要：潜水轴流泵电机由于在水下运行、外壳有很好的冷却条件,但电机温度场梯度比普通电机大得多,大功率低速电机运行阶段的早期气隙逐渐减小,定转子相擦的故障影响了水泵的安全运行。现通过试验和分析对潜水电机的可靠性问题进行研究和探讨。The submersible axial-flow pump motor operates under water and its shell hasgood cooling condition,but its temperature field gradient is much larger than that of ordinarymotor,early air gap of high-power low-speed motor during operation will gradually reduce,andstator will has a friction with rotor,so the safe operation of the pump will be affected.This pa-per researches and discusses the reliability of submersible motor based on test and analysis.
