摘 要:LED因具有高效环保节能、安全可靠、调控方便等诸多优点,逐步代替传统照明成为新一代的绿色照明光源。其中驱动电源的设计成为LED技术发展研究的热点问题。采用半桥式电路为驱动电源的主控制电路,以TL494芯片为主电路和控制模块的芯片,设计出各个功能模块电路,通过控制输出电压和输入电流,组成具有电压控制和过流保护功能的LED驱动电源控制系统。实现了驱动电源体积小、重量轻、效率高以及自动化性能好的设计目标。LED with many advantages,such as high efficiency,environmental protection and energy saving,safety and reliability,convenient regulation and control has gradually replaced traditional lighting as a new generation of green lighting source.Moreover,the design of driving power supply has become a hot spot in the development of LED technology.Using half-bridge circuit as the main control circuit of driving power supply and TL494 chip as the main circuit and the chip of control module,and the function of module circuit is designed.By controlling the output voltage and input current,the LED drive power supply control system with voltage control and over-current protection function is composed.Thus,the driving power supply with the characteristics of small volume,light weight,high efficiency and good automation performance has been realized.
