摘　　要：目的探讨甘露糖受体(MR)与慢性乙肝(CHB)患者肝纤维化的关系。方法选取2016年11月至2018年10月在浙江省台州医院感染科住院且行肝脏穿刺活检的CHB患者50例,其中S0期(无纤维化)15例,S1~2期(轻度纤维化)20例,S3~4期(中重度纤维化)15例。采用免疫组化法检测并比较各组患者肝组织MR蛋白表达,RT-PCR法检测并比较各组患者肝组织MR、NF-κB、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、α-平滑肌肌动蛋白(α-SMA)mRNA表达;分析CHB患者MR mRNA表达与NF-κB、TGF-β1、α-SMA mRNA表达的相关性。结果随着肝纤维化程度的加重,MR蛋白表达明显增强(P<0.05)。CHB肝纤维化不同分期组肝组织MR、NF-κB、TGF-β1、α-SMA mRNA表达比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。CHB患者肝组织MR mRNA表达与NF-κB、TGF-β1、α-SMA mRNA表达均呈正相关(r=0.653、0.811、0.785,均P<0.05)。结论随着肝纤维化程度的增加,CHB患者肝组织MR表达逐渐上调,且与NF-κB、TGF-β1、α-SMA表达均呈正相关。Objective To investigate the correlation of mannose receptor(MR)expression with liver fibrosis in patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB).Methods Fifty patients with CHB undergoing liver biopsy in the department of infectious disease,Taizhou Hospital of Zhejiang Province from November 2016 to October 2018 were enrolled,including 15 patients with stage S0(no fibrosis),20 patients with stage S1-2(mild fibrosis),and 15 patients with stage S3-4(moderate and severe fibrosis).Immunohistochemical was used to detect the expression of MR protein in liver tissue,and RT-PCR was used to detect the mRNA expression of MR,NF-κB,TGF-β1,α-SMA in liver tissue.The correlation of MR expression with expression of NF-κB,TGF-β1,α-SMA mRNA in CHB patients was analyzed.Results With the aggravation of liver fibrosis,the expression of MR protein increased significantly(P<0.05).There were significant differences in mRNA expressions of MR,NF-κB,TGF-β1 andα-SMA among CHB patients with different stages of liver fibrosis(all P<0.05).The expression of MR mRNA was positively correlated with the expression of NF-κB,TGF-β1,andα-SMA mRNA in liver tissues of CHB patients(r=0.653,0.811,0.785,all P<0.05).Conclusion With the increasing degree of liver fibrosis,the expression of MR in liver tissue of CHB patients is increased,which is positively correlated with expression of NF-κB,TGF-β1 andα-SMA.
