摘 要:嗜肺军团菌是引起军团菌病的主要病原体,临床表现主要是肺炎样症状和轻症流感样庞蒂亚克热。军团菌病的主要致病机制是军团菌的分泌系统分泌的效应因子和分泌的调控蛋白与宿主细胞间的相互作用。嗜肺军团菌是已知的将近70种军团菌中最普遍存在的,也是临床感染人类最多的菌种。军团菌在自然水环境中广泛存在,但目前针对军团菌致病性检测的方法并不明确。文章主要介绍军团菌致病性检测方法,以期为实际应用选择时提供参考。Legionella pneumophila is the main pathogen causing Legionnaires’disease(LD),which is clinically manifested with pneumonia-like symptoms and mild flu-like Pontiac fever.The main pathogenic mechanism of LD is the interaction between Legionella-secreted effector factors and regulatory proteins and host cells.Legionella pneumophila is the most ubiquitous species of the nearly 70 known species of Legionella,and is also the most common species infecting humans.Legionella is widespread in the natural water environment,but the current methods for detecting Legionella pathogenicity are not clear.This article mainly introduces the methods for detecting the pathogenicity of Legionella to provide a reference for practical application selection.
