摘 要:研究了真空辅助树脂注射(VARI)工艺中定型剂用量、预压实压力、预压实时间及注胶温度对注胶工艺、材料内部质量及力学性能的影响,以确定最优的工艺参数。结果表明:综合考虑充模时间,耐温性能及综合力学性能,定型剂用量20g/m^(2)时最优;预压实压力-0.92bar以上,预压实时间2h左右,材料内部质量及性能最优;结合树脂工艺性、充模时间及复合材料内部质量,注胶温度60℃较合适。采用优化后的工艺参数制备厚度不大于8mm的复合材料,其内部质量均匀可控。In order to determine the optimum process parameters of vacuum assisted resin infusion(VARI)processing,the influences of tackifier,preloading pressure,preloading time and filling time on VARI resin injection,internal quality and mechanical performance of composites were taken into account.The results showed that:considering filling time,temperature resistance performance and mechanical properties of composites,the best addition level of tackifier should kept at 20 g/m^(2).Internal quality and mechanical performance of the composites reached the best when preloading pressure was kept above-0.92 bar and preloading time kept at 2 h.Considering manufacturability of epoxy resin,filling time and internal quality of the composites,injection temperature should kept at 60℃.Internal quality of the composites within 8 mm thickness were controllable when prepared with the optimized parameters.
