摘  要:针对适用于湿法缠绕成型的环氧树脂体系,以多官能度环氧树脂和芳香胺类固化剂为主体,研制了高性能湿法缠绕环氧树脂。采用非等温固化模型及凝胶模型研究了环氧树脂的固化行为,明确了时间-温度-固化行为之间的关系。该环氧树脂黏度低,适用期长且固化物具有优异的力学性能。在此基础上,采用碳纤维(T700-S)作为增强材料制备了碳纤维复合材料,其中NOL环拉伸强度为2674MPa,拉伸模量为173GPa,剪切强度为68.2MPa;单向碳纤维板拉伸强度为2412MPa,拉伸模量为154GPa,剪切强度为74.5MPa。To meet a demand of epoxy resin system for wet winding and its casting in curing system,a high performance wet wound epoxy resin was prepared by using multifunctional epoxy resin and aromatic amine curing agent.The curing behavior of the resin was studied by using non-isothermal curing model and gel model system,and the casting properties of the solidified system were clarified.The resin matrix of the system had the characteristics of low viscosity,long application period and satisfying the technical requirements of wet winding molding on the resin system.Based on this,carbon fiber(T700-S)was used as the reinforced material to prepare carbon fiber composites.NOL ring and one-way plate had excellent mechanical properties.The tensile strength of NOL ring was 2674 MPa,the tensile modulus was 173 GPa and the shear strength was 68.2 MPa.Its unidirectional plate tensile strength was 2412 MPa,tensile modulus was 154 GPa,shear strength was 74.5 MPa.
