摘 要:丁二酸酐和壳聚糖反应后再与氧化石墨烯复合,加入氯化亚铁和三氯化铁加热反应得到Fe-GOSAACS吸附剂。对该复合材料吸附剂进行了红外光谱、热重分析和扫描电镜等表征。运用单因素变量法探究FeGO-SAACS对茜素红和二甲酚橙的吸附性能,并对吸附饱和的Fe-GO-SAACS进行解吸附,探究其再生循环性。实验结果表明,茜素红和二甲酚橙的最佳吸附投加量均为0.1g,最佳吸附初始浓度分别为300mg/L和200mg/L,最佳吸附温度均为65℃,最佳吸附时间均为80min,最佳吸附pH均为9。Fe-GO-SAACS吸附剂在碱性条件下能够发生解吸附。可见,得到的复合材料能较好地吸附印染行业废水中的有机染料。After the reaction of succinic anhydride and chitosan,it was compounded with graphene oxide and finally reacted with ferrous chloride and ferric chloride to obtain Fe-GO-SAACS adsorbent.The adsorbents were characterized by IR,thermogravimetric analysis and SEM.Fe-GO-SAACS was used to investigate the adsorption of alizarin red and xylene orange by univariate method,desorption was conducted on the adsorbed saturated Fe-GOSAACS,and the recycling property of regeneration was explored.The results showed that the dosing quantity of the best adsorption for alizarin red and xylenol orange were 0.1 g,best adsorption initial concentration were 300 mg·L-1 and200 mg·L-1,respectively.The best adsorption temperature was 65 ℃,the best adsorption time was 80 min,and best adsorption pH=9.The adsorbent can desorption under alkaline condition.Fe-GO-SAACS adsorbent can adsorb organic dyes in wastewater of printing and dyeing industry.
