摘 要:在核电厂运行期间,需要对乙丙橡胶(EPDM)电缆材料的老化状况进行监测评估。采用气体质谱分析仪研究了EPDM电缆材料在γ射线辐照后辐解气体的种类和生成量。通过跟踪其辐照后产生小分子产物来对电缆的老化状况进行评估,采用断裂伸长率测试、红外测试、热重测试和差示扫描量热测试表征其性能,对电缆材料的老化进行监测与评估,并对未来检测技术发展趋势做出展望。During the operation of nuclear power plants,the aging condition of ethylene-propylene-diene monomer(EPDM)cable materials should be monitored and evaluated.The types and production of radiolysis gas of EPDM cable after radiation irradiation were studied by gas mass spectrometry.The aging condition of the cables was evaluated by tracking the small molecule products produced after irradiation.Its performance was characterized by elongation at break test,infrared test,thermos gravimetric test and DSC test.The aging of the cable materials was monitored and evaluated,and predicted the development trend of the detection technology.
