摘 要:采用丁腈橡胶(NBR)与自制SiO_(2)包覆片状羰基铁粉(FCIP@SiO_(2))混合制备出吸波材料,在1-16GHz范围内,研究了不同含量吸波剂、不同厚度对材料吸波性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明:铁粉片状化有利于磁导率的提高;当吸波厚度为1.5mm,填充85%FCIP@SiO_(2)时,峰位在2.18GHz,反射率-13.58dB,在低频有较好的吸收效果。经过200℃处理24h后,贴片吸波性能无明显衰减,具有良好的力学性能与耐高温特性。A flexible absorbing material was prepared by mixing nitrile rubber with homemade flake carbonyl iron powder with silica coating.The effect of microwave-absorber content and thickness on microwave absorption properties in the range of 1-16GHz and mechanical properties were studied.The results shown that the flaking process of carbonyl iron powder could increase its permeability.The reflection loss of absorbing patch with thickness of 1.5mm and 85%FCIP@SiO_(2)reached-13.58dB at 2.18GHz.The microwave absorption properties of absorbing patch was not changed after 200℃treatment for 24h,displaying good mechanical properties and high temperature resistance.
