摘 要:针对人工裂缝储层中填充支撑剂的运用探索,分别设立了2种不同的填充方式和4种填充程度,采用应力敏感性实验和导流能力测试实验,观察各岩心间的应力敏感性和导流能力差异,探究支撑剂在人工裂缝储层中的应用研究。结果表明:2种铺砂方式均存在当充填层中支撑剂含量较少时,随有效应力或闭合压力的增大,支撑剂难以支撑储层表面,渗透率和导流能力迅速下降;80%铺砂浓度充填层岩心的临界压力为16.08 MPa,80%铺砂空间充填层岩心的临界压力为17.13 MPa,2块岩心均是前半段体现储层裂缝渗透率的应力敏感性,后半段体现基质渗透率的应力敏感性;导流能力测试实验结果表明,当闭合压力在10~70 MPa时,80%铺砂空间充填层的导流能力明显高于80%铺砂浓度充填层的导流能力,证明支撑剂的排列方式对储层导流能力有着积极影响,并在油气田开发应用中提出了新的见解思路。Aiming at the exploration of the application of filling proppant in artificial fractured reservoirs,two different filling methods and four filling levels were established.Stress sensitivity experiments and conductivity test experiments were used to observe the stress sensitivity and conductivity between cores.The difference in flow capacity was to explore the application of proppant in artificial fractured reservoirs.The results showed that there were two sand paving methods.When the content of proppant in the filling layer was small,with the increase of effective stress or closure pressure,it was difficult for the proppant to support the surface of the reservoir,and the permeability and conductivity drop rapidly;80%the critical pressure of the filling layer with sand concentration was 16.08 MPa,and the critical pressure of the filling layer with 80%sanding space was 17.13 MPa.Both cores were the first half of the stress sensitivity that reflects the permeability of the reservoir fracture.The second half reflected the stress sensitivity of matrix permeability;the conductivity test results showed that when the closure pressure was 10~70 MPa,the conductivity of the filling layer of 80%sanding space was significantly higher than that of 80%sanding concentration filling,the conductivity of the layer proves that the arrangement of proppants had a positive impact on the conductivity of the reservoir,and new insights had been proposed in the development and application of oil and gas fields.
