摘 要:针对沥青路面易出现裂缝、老化严重以及就地热再生过程中施工加热慢等问题,结合有限元数值模拟方法对沥青路面施工加热过程进行了深入研究,得出了其能量输入和温升特性间的关系。从施工工艺的角度出发,提出利用多步法热再生工艺来提升沥青路面加热速度的方法,并建立了沥青路面温度场的数值模型。研究结果表明,利用铣刨移除沥青路面上部已有的再生温度材料,从内部直接注入加热能量,可减小沥青材料的厚度和导热系数对热再生加速度的影响,从而快速完成沥青路面的加热施工过程,维持沥青路面表层的恒定温度和抑制沥青老化。In view of the problems that asphalt pavement is prone to cracks,severe aging,and slow construction heating during in-situ heat regeneration,this paper combined the finite element numerical simulation method to study the asphalt pavement construction heating process in depth,and the relationship between energy input and temperature rise characteristics was obtained.From the perspective of construction technology,a method of using multi-step thermal regeneration technology to increase the heating speed of asphalt pavement was proposed,and the numerical model of the asphalt pavement temperature field was established.The research results showed that:using milling to remove the existing regeneration temperature material on the upper part of the asphalt pavement,and directly injecting heating energy from the inside can reduce the influence of the thickness and thermal conductivity of the asphalt material on the thermal regeneration acceleration,thereby quickly complete the heating construction process of asphalt pavement,maintain the constant temperature of asphalt pavement surface and inhibit asphalt aging.
