摘  要:为解决新义矿采掘接替紧张的问题,采用切顶卸压沿空留巷无煤柱开采技术在该矿进行切顶留巷试验研究。首先,介绍切顶留巷技术原理、工艺流程及切顶留巷关键技术;其次,结合该煤矿工程地质条件,采用理论分析计算和现场爆破试验等方法,得出顶板预裂切缝高度为15 m、切缝角度为10°、锚索长度为10 m和7.3 m交叉使用等关键参数与技术,单孔最优装药结构为7+6+5,孔间距300 mm。留巷稳定后,顶底板最大移近量为400 mm,监测结果表明:切顶卸压条件下,留巷效果满足生产需求。In order to solve the problem of mining and excavation alternation tension of Xinyi Coal Mine,the technology of gob-side entry retaining by roof cutting and pressure releasing was carried out in the mining area.Firstly,the technical principle,technological process and key technology of gob-side entry retaining by roof cutting and pressure releasing were systematically introduced.Secondly,combined with the mine engineering geological conditions,using theoretical analysis calculation and field blasting test,it concluded that the pre-splitting kerf of the roof is 15 m,the angle of the kerf was 10°,the length of anchor cable was 10 m and 7.3 m intersecting,the optimal charging structure of single hole was 7+6+5 and the of hole spacing was 300 mm.After the roadway is stabilized,the shrinkage of roof and floor reaches 400 mm.The monitoring results showed that the effect of gob-side entry retaining meets the production demand under the condition of roof cutting and pressure releasing.
