“固本通络”穴位埋线法治疗绝经后骨质疏松症

摘　　要：目的观察“固本通络”穴位埋线疗法治疗绝经后骨质疏松症(PMOP)的临床疗效.方法PMOP患者120例随机分为对照组和埋线组,每组各60例.对照组口服碳酸钙D3咀嚼片、阿法骨化醇片、阿仑膦酸钠片治疗,埋线组运用“固本通络”穴位埋线疗法治疗,观察两组患者治疗后临床症状、骨密度、血清钙、血清磷、血清碱性磷酸酶水平,评估治疗后临床疗效和安全性.结果埋线组总有效率高于对照组(χ^(2)=5.984,P<0.05);治疗48周以后,两组腰椎骨密度T值绝对值低于治疗前(P<0.05),且埋线组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后血清钙高于治疗前,血清磷、血清碱性磷酸酶低于治疗前(P<0.05),且埋线组血清磷、血清碱性磷酸酶低于对照组(P<0.05).埋线组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05).结论“固本通络”穴位埋线疗法治疗PMOP,有较好的临床疗效,且安全性高.Objective To observe the clinical effect of Guben Tongluo acupoint catgut embedding therapy on postmenopausal osteoporosis.Methods 120 patients with postmenopausal osteoporo-sis were randomly divided into control group and catgut embedding group,60 patients in each group.The control group was treated with calcium carbonate D3 chewable tablets,alendronate tablets and alendronate sodium tablets and the catgut embedding group was treated with Guben Tongluo acupoint catgut embedding therapy,bone mineral density,serum calcium,serum phos-phorus and serum Alkaline phosphatase were observed.The clinical efficacy and safety were e-valuated.Results The total effective rate of catgut embedding group was higher than that of con-trol group(P<0.05).After 48 weeks of treatment,the absolute value of T-value of lumbar bone mineral density in the two groups was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and that in the catgut embedding group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum calcium of the two groups was higher than that before treatment,the serum phos-phorus and serum alkaline phosphatase were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the serum phosphorus and serum alkaline phosphatase of the catgut embedding group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Guben Tongluo acupoint catgut em-bedding therapy in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis has good clinical efficacy and high safety.
