摘 要:南海西部莺琼盆地超高温高压目的层安全压力窗口窄,超高温高压钻井取心作业井控风险高,且取心工具抗温要求高;地层泥砂岩交替多变,井底易沉砂造成堵心;同时采用半潜式平台进行取心作业,平台升沉导致取心参数控制困难。通过取心前充分调整高密度钻井液性能,保证井筒稳定;改造取心工具及优化取心钻具组合,增强取心工具防漏、防卡等能力;半潜式平台取心作业过程中严格控制取心钻进参数等一系列措施,形成一套适用于半潜式平台超高温高压钻井取心技术。该技术在莺琼盆地2口超高温高压井得到应用,首次实现了井底温度高达203℃、钻井液密度达2.30 g/cm 3、安全压力窗口仅为0.08 g/cm 3井况下半潜式平台钻井取心,取心作业顺利,无复杂情况发生,取心收获率均为100%,为该区块的半潜式超高温高压取心作业积累了经验。The safety pressure window of the ultra-HTHP target layer in the Yingqiong Basin of the western South China Sea is narrow with high well control risk for ultra-HTHP drilling coring operation,and the high temperature resistance of the coring tool is high.Formation mudstone and sandstone are changeable alternately and easy to sink at the bottom of the well,which causes core plugging.At the same time,the semi-submersible platform is used for coring operation.The platform heave makes it difficult to control the coring parameters.By adequately adjusting the performance of high density drilling fluid before coring to ensure wellbore stability,through a series of measures such as reforming the coring tools and optimizing the coring BHA,the ability of leak and stick prevention in coring operation is enhanced,and rigorous controlling the coring parameters for semi-submersible platform coring operation,a set of ultra-HPHT drilling coring technology has been formed suitable for semi-submersible.The technology has been applied in two ultra-high temperature and high pressure wells in Yingqiong Basin.For the first time,the bottom hole temperature is high up to 203℃,the drilling fluid density is 2.30 g/cm 3,and the safe pressure window is only 0.08 g/cm 3.The coring operation is successful without any complex situations.The coring recovery rate is 100%.Experience has been accumulated for the semi-submersible ultra-HTHP coring operation in this block.
