摘 要:为确保水力冲击压裂技术安全高效应用于海上油田,根据水力冲击压裂作用原理,设计了水力冲击压裂地面打靶模拟实验装置,同时建立了实验数学模型,对技术造缝情况及增压效果进行了直观实验模拟。实验结果表明,水力冲击压裂技术增压效果明显,峰值压力监测值与建立的实验数学模型模拟值相对误差小于5%,验证了地面模拟实验装置的合理性及数学模型的准确性;三组水泥靶实验后均形成了贯穿靶体的两条对称裂缝,直观验证了水力冲击压裂技术的造缝效果。研究成果为海上油田矿场应用峰值压力设计及冲击片破裂压力设计提供了重要理论依据,对丰富海上油田低渗储层增产技术手段具有重要指导意义。In order to ensure the safe and efficient application of hydraulic fracturing technology in offshore oil fields,according to the principle of hydraulic fracturing,a hydraulic impact fracturing ground targeting simulation experimental device is designed,and an experimental mathematical model is established to simulate the fracture formation and pressurization effect.The experimental results show that the hydraulic impact fracturing technology has obvious pressurization effect,the relative error between the peak pressure monitoring value and the simulation value of the established experimental mathematical model is less than 5%,which verifies the rationality of the ground simulation experimental device and the accuracy of the mathematical model;after three groups of cement target experiments,two symmetrical fractures have been formed throughout the target body,which directly verifies the fracture making effect of hydraulic fracturing technology.The research results provide an important theoretical basis for the design of peak pressure applied in the field and the design of bursting pressure of the impact plate,and have an important guiding significance for enriching the stimulation technology of low permeability reservoir in offshore oilfield.
