摘 要:南霍贾姆巴兹气田位于土库曼斯坦东部,该气田盐膏层厚,地层压力高。前苏联时期在该区用直井钻探,钻井成功率极低,没有钻探定向井先例。中国石油获得该气田开采权后,已完成一口直井和一口小井斜定向井,为了提高单井产量,提高气田开发速度,有必要进行大斜度井开发可行性的研究。SHojb-102D井是土库曼斯坦南霍贾姆巴兹气田上一口大斜度定向井,该井靶区范围小,盐膏层厚达1085 m,地层孔隙压力系数达到2.2~2.3,还存在高压、直井段不直、键槽、缩径、黏附、井漏、钻具事故等多种钻井风险,文章主要通过对几种井身结构、井眼轨迹、控制方式优缺点的对比分析,优化出安全可靠、易于实现的钻井工程设计,进行现场实践,为该气田用大斜度井、水平井开发做技术储备。The South Hojambaz gas field is located in eastern Turkmenistan with thick salt-gypsum layers and high formation pressure.In the former Soviet Union period,vertical wells were drilled in this area,but the drilling success rate was very low.There is no precedent for drilling directional wells.After PetroChina won the right to develop the gas field,one vertical wellbore and one small angle directional well have been completed.In order to increase the production per well and the speed of gas field development,it is necessary to study the feasibility of development of high deviated wells.Well SHojb-102D is a high deviated directional well in the South Hojambaz gas field in Turkmenistan,which is with small target area,1085 m thick of salt-gypsum player and 2.2~2.3 pressure coefficient.And there are various drilling risks such as high pressure,not straight in vertical section,keyway,shrinkage,adhesion,well leakage,drilling tool accident,etc.This paper mainly analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of several well body structures,well trajectory and control methods,and optimizes the design of safe and reliable drilling well.The field practice is carried out to make technical reserve for the development of high deviated wells and horizontal wells in this gas field.
