摘　　要：络病是众多疑难杂病发展的共同趋向与归宿。子宫腺肌病作为妇科难治性疾病,常因“离经之血”扰及冲任,瘀滞络脉而形成,且具有病程日久、缠绵难愈的特点,符合络病“易滞易瘀”的病理特征和“久病入络”的病程演变规律。因此,基于子宫腺肌病血瘀阻络的基本病机和瘀滞络脉的特殊病位,以叶天士“络以通为用”的原则为指导,在秉承传统活血化瘀法的基础上,不泥其法,明确通络法的应用准则,针对性地将活血通络、络虚通补等治疗方法灵活运用其中,并重视通络药物的应用,对于深入细致研究子宫腺肌病的病因病机,精准指导临床治疗、完善用药结构提供了进一步的研究导向。Objective:Collateral disease is the common tendency and end-result of many complicated diseases.Adenomyosis,as an intractable disease of gynecology,is often caused by"blood from the meridian"leading to blood stasis blocking channels.And with the characteristics of long disease course and lingering difficulty in healing,it conforms to the pathological characteristics of collateral disease"easy stagnation and easy stasis"and the evolution law of the course of disease"chronic disease entering collateral".Therefore,in view of the basic pathogenesis of blood stasis blocking collaterals in adenomyosis and the special disease location of blood stasis stagnation in collaterals,referring to the treatment principle of"collaterals must keep its dredging function"of YE Tian-shi.Inheritance but not limited to the method of Huoxue Huayu,further clarifying the application criteria of the method of Tongluo.In addition,the targeted treatment methods of Huoxue Tongluo and Buxu Tongluo are flexibly applied to the treatment of adenomyosis,and traditional Chinese medicine for Tongluo is put in.It provides further research guidance for in-depth and detailed study of the etiology and pathogenesis of adenomyosis,accurate guidance of clinical treatment,and improvement of medication structure.
