摘　　要：辅导员与思政课教师是高校劳动教育实施的两支重要力量。只有建立健全组织,搭建起“1123”工作运行机制,积极探索“五结合”劳动教育模式,两者通力合作,才能发挥更大合力育人作用,保证高校劳动教育顺利实施。Counselors and ideological and political teachers are two important forces in the implementation of labor education in colleges and universities.Only by establishing and perfecting the organization,building up the“1123”working mechanism,and actively exploring the“Five Combination”labor education mode,can they play a greater role in educating people and ensure the smooth implementation of labor education in colleges and universities.
