摘　　要：当前网络环境下,传统图书馆服务已无法满足用户需求。作为图书馆改革的内在需求,加强服务创新对图书馆服务工作的进一步转型发挥着重要作用。笔者基于5G网络环境设计图书馆创新服务模式,通过分析用户偏好,构建用户画像库、用户场景库以及知识资源库等,为各类型图书馆用户提供个性化定制、场景式体验以及特色参考咨询等服务,为满足不同类型图书馆用户需求提供保障。With the advent of the new era of network environment,traditional library services can no longer meet the needs of users・As the internal demand of library reform,strengthening service innovation plays an important role in the further transformation of library service work.Based on the 5G network environment,this paper designs an innovative library service model,and analyzes user preferences to build a user portrait library,user scene library,knowledge resource library,et al,so as to provide personalized customization,scene-based experience,and characteristic reference for various types of library users Consultation and other services provide guarantee to meet the needs of users of different types of libraries.
