摘 要:OLED由于具有高响应速度、高发光效率、强亮度、宽视角、柔性好等优点,已被广泛应用到显示领域,然而其像素电路中驱动晶体管的阈值电压漂移和电源压降会导致OLED出现亮度不均匀现象。本文综述了目前OLED像素电路补偿的两种补偿方式,并分别就这两种补偿方式介绍了三种像素电路的补偿结构。OLED has been widely used in the display field due to its high response speed,high luminous efficien⁃cy,strong brightness,wide viewing angle and good flexibility.However,the threshold voltage drift and power sup⁃ply voltage drop of the driving transistor in its pixel circuit causes OLED has uneven brightness.This article summarizes the two compensation methods of pixel circuit compensation of the current OLED,and introduces three means of the compensation structures of pixel circuits for these two compensation methods.
