摘　　要：基于GIS技术,通过接入多源气象数据,将气象信息、地理信息和电网设备相结合进行关联分析,由此设计了电网气象灾害预警信息发布系统的结构和发布流程,实现了内蒙古电网气象长期预报、中期预报、短期预报、黄河凌汛专题预报、防火专题预报以及气象预警信息预报6类电网气象预警信息的自动发布。该系统可将各类气象信息图形化显示,实现了气象灾害的预报和预警。现场应用效果表明,电网气象灾害预警信息发布系统能够为电网安全运行实现精细化管理及提升电网防灾能力提供专业的气象预警支撑。Based on GIS technology,by connecting multi⁃source meteorological data,combining meteorological disaster information with geographic information data and power grid equipment for correlation analysis,this paper designs the structure of the meteorological disaster early warning information release system and early warning information release process,which realizes the automatic release of six types of power grid weather warning information:long⁃term weather forecast,medium⁃term forecast,short⁃term forecast,Yellow River glacial flood special forecast,fire protection special forecast,and weather warning information forecast in Inner Mongolia power grid.The system graphically displays all kinds of meteorological information to realize the forecast and early warning of meteorological disasters.The effect of field application shows that the power grid meteorological disaster warning information release system can provide professional meteorological warning support for the refined management of power grid operation safety and the improvement of power grid disaster prevention capabilities.
