肺癌化疗患者睡眠质量与负性情绪及应对方式的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨肺癌化疗患者睡眠质量现状及其与负性情绪、医学应对方式的相关性。方法采用一般情况调查表、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表、医院焦虑抑郁自评量表及医学应对问卷对2019年12月—2020年11月在某省级三甲医院就诊的154例原发性肺癌化疗患者进行问卷调查。结果肺癌化疗患者睡眠质量总分为11.91±3.15分,高于国内常模;负性情绪得分为16.55±4.50分;医学应对方式面对维度得分为17.47±3.34分;回避维度得分为17.07±2.38分;屈服维度得分为12.05±2.21分。单因素及多因素线性回归分析显示,患者睡眠质量与负性情绪、面对维度呈负相关,与屈服维度呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论肺癌化疗患者普遍存在着不同程度的睡眠问题,并与负性情绪及应对方式密切相关,应引起临床工作者的重视。Objective To explore the current status of sleep quality of patients with lung cancer chemotherapy and its correlation with negative emotions and medical coping styles.Methods The general situation questionnaire,Pittsburgh sleep quality index,hospital anxiety and depression scale and medical coping modes questionnaire were used to conduct a questionnaire survey on 154 patients with primary lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy in a provincial tertiary hospital from December 2019 to November 2020.Results The total sleep quality of patients with lung cancer chemotherapy was 11.91±3.15 points,which was higher than the domestic norm;negative emotion score was 16.55±4.50 points;medical coping style face dimension score was 17.47±3.34 points;avoidance dimension score was 17.07±2.38 points,and yield dimension score was 12.05±2.21 points.Univariate and multiple linear regression analysis showed that the patient's sleep quality was negatively correlated with negative emotions and face dimensions,and positively correlated with yield dimensions(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with lung cancer chemotherapy generally had diff erent degrees of sleep problems,which were closely related to negative emotions and coping styles,which should arouse the attention of clinicians.
