摘　　要：目的 分析高渗盐液对ICU重度脑外伤并休克患者临床治疗效果情况.方法 选取我院2019年8月至2020年8月收治的ICU重度脑外伤并休克患者64例的临床资料,随机分为两组,各32例.对照组给予甘露醇溶液治疗,研究组给予高渗盐液进行治疗,观察两组临床效果及平均动脉压、心率情况.结果 治疗后,研究组总有效率比对照组高(P<0.05);且研究组患者HR、MAP指标优于对照组,差异比较具统计意义(P<0.05).结论 高渗盐液对ICU重度脑外伤并休克患者进行治疗的效果显著,能使抢救效果提升,增强患者生活的质量,具有临床应用与研究价值.Objective To analyze the clinical effect of hypertonic saline in the treatment of ICU patients with severe brain injury and shock.Methods The clinical data of 64 patients with ICU severe brain injury and shock who were treated in our hospital fromMarch 2019 toMarch 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.32 cases in the control group were treated with mannitol solution,and 32 cases in the study group were treated with hypertonic saline.The clinical effect,mean arterial pressure and heart rate of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The HR、MAP of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The hypertonic saline has a significant effect on the treatment of severe brain trauma and shock patients,which can improve the rescue effect and enhance the quality of life of patients,and has certain clinical application and research value.
