摘 要:钻井泵主要用于高压下输送高粘度、大密度和高腐蚀性的钻井液。传统钻井泵由于其固有的曲柄连杆结构存在体积大、重量重、压力和流量脉动大的问题,限制了现有钻井泵向大排量、低波动方向发展的极限。该文提出一种液压驱动的直线式钻井泵,经过分析研究,解决了液压钻井泵换向冲击和流量稳定特性的关键技术方案,为我国液压钻井泵的设计、制造及工程化应用提供理论基础。Drill pump is usually used in the transport of high viscosity,high pressure,large density and high corrosive drilling fluids.there is a large size,heavy weight,pressure and flow oscillation problems in the traditional crankshaft-type drill pump,that restricts the development of traditional drill pump to large flow and low fluctuation.This article express a new drill pump by hydraulic driven after research and analysis,several key technology problems existed in the process of the hydraulic drill pump must be solved in time that have been definited,that is the problem of direction-change-impact and the stability of flow of the drill pump.It provides theoretical basis for the design,manufacture and engineering application of hydraulic drilling pump in China.
