摘 要:"一带一路"(One Belt One Road Initiative)合作倡议的重点是中国与陆上"丝绸之路经济带"沿途国家以及"21世纪海上丝绸之路"(MSR)沿线国家的合作。这条海上丝绸之路本质上说是从中国到欧洲的航道,其航道必须经过南中国海以及马六甲海峡。那么东盟(ASEAN)中的8个国家(老挝、缅甸除外)加上中国就组成了环南中国海国家带。这个区域的各国之间的经济、文化、旅游、教育、资源开发等多方面的协同合作、发展就成为诸多学者研究的重点。文章将通过探究该区域内邮轮旅游产业现状,根据合作现状及问题提出建议合作路径,希望能够给环南海九国的经济发展以及邮轮旅游合作进程带来一些提示和启发。"One Belt One Road Initiative"is the key to the cooperation among China,"Silk Road Economic Belt"countries and along the"21 st Century Maritime Silk Road"countries. This maritime silk road is essentially a channel from China to Europe, which must pass through the South China Sea and the Strait of Malacca.Then eight ASEAN countries(except Laos and Myanmar) and China form the South China Sea country belt. The cooperation and development of economy, culture, tourism, education and resource development in this region have become many scholars’ research prority. This paper will explore the status quo of cruise tourism industry in the region, and put forward suggestions on cooperation path according to the cooperation status and problems, hoping to bring some hints and inspiration to the region’s economic development as well as the cruise tourism cooperation process.
