摘　　要：海口五公祠景区是海南最重要的历史文化景区之一,曾为海南旅游业的发展作出了积极的贡献。但由于在服务质量、接待能力、宣传力度、文化资源、基础设施、人才管理方面都存在诸多局限,目前景区旅游业处于不温不火的局面。为促进景区旅游业的进一步发展,应该做好以下工作:提高景区文化旅游的形象,提高景区从业人员的服务质量与文化素质,扩大景区宣传面,加大景区资源的开发力度,加强景区旅游信息化、基础设施的建设,培养高水平高层次的文化旅游人才,争取政府的扶持,充分挖掘景区效益。Haikou wugongci scenic spot is one of the most important historical and cultural scenic spots in Hainan. It has made positive contributions to the development of Hainan tourism. However, due to the limitations in service quality, reception capacity, publicity, cultural resources, infrastructure, and talent management, the tourism industry in the scenic area is in a mild situation. To promote the further development of tourism in scenic spots, we should do the following work well: improve the image of cultural tourism in scenic spots, improve the service quality and cultural quality of employees in scenic spots, expand the publicity coverage of scenic spots, increase the development of scenic resources, strengthen the construction of tourism informatization and infrastructure, cultivate high-level and high-level cultural tourism talents, and strive for the support of the government, Fully exploit the benefits of scenic spots.
