摘 要:成品油管道顺序输送混油导致较大的经济损失,过站混油作为混油产生的重要一环有必要对其开展研究。以港枣成品油管道进、出站超声波流量计为研究基础,提出了一种利用界面声速变化研究过站混油发展的方法。经过数据统计分析,揭示了混油段发展程度、过站输量、输送顺序与过站混油增量的对应关系及沿线各站混油发展特点。研究成果提供了研究过站混油发展的新思路,可为管道设计布站、优化运行,工艺改造和减少混油提供依据。同时,使用现有超声波流量计界面检测声速法替代现有密度计法,将有效降低设备用电量和设备故障率。Mixed oil of product pipeline resulted in great economic losses.As an important part of oil mixing,it is necessary to carry out research on it.This paper puts forward a method to study the development of passing station oil mixture by observing of oil-mixing sound velocity curve,based on the ultrasonic flowmeters at the inlet and outlet of the Gangzao oil product pipeline.Through analysis,development characteristics of passing station along the line and the corresponding relationships between increment of mix oil and factors such as the length of mix oil,the quantity of flow,the order of batch have been revealed.The research of this paper provide a new way to study the development of oil-mixing passing station.These conclusions provide guidance for the design of station,optimal operation,process modification and reducing oil-mixing.Using sound velocity method instead of density method will effectively reduce equipment power consumption and equipment failure rate.
