高含水后期常规抽油机的增程节能改造设计方法及效果

摘  要:油田在用常规游梁式抽油机能耗大、机型陈旧,不能适应低冲次、长冲程的抽汲工艺需要。经现场实践,以常规游梁式抽油机机型为基础,通过增程改造,充分利用原机的结构件,优化关键部位,改造后整体结构受力合理,进一步改善了抽油机的运动特性和动力特性,同时确保了较合适的安全系数。改造后最大冲程增加了13.5%,平均单井产液提高产量22.2%,平均有功节电率达到35%,单井日节电28.1 kWh,年节电10108 kWh,节能效果显著,实现油田高含水形势下对抽油机长冲程、低冲次的节能降耗目的。The conventional beam pumping unit in use in oil field has large energy consumption and old type,which can not meet the needs of low stroke and long stroke swabbing technology.Through field practice,based on the conventional beam pumping unit,the structural parts of the original unit are fully utilized and the key parts are optimized through the extended range transformation.After the transformation,the overall structural stress is reasonable,and the kinematic and dynamic characteristics of the pumping unit are further improved,and the appropriate safety factor is ensured.After transformation,the maximum stroke is increased by 13.5%,the average liquid production of single well is increased by 22.2%,the average active power saving rate is 35%,the daily power saving of single well is 28.1 kWh,and the annual power saving is 10108 kWh.The energy saving effect is remarkable,and the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction for long stroke and low stroke of pumping unit under the situation of high water cut is realized.
