摘 要:根据低碳烯烃装置富气压缩机的现状,分析了目前存在的富气压缩机背压偏高,汽轮机功率较低及出口低压蒸汽管线线速较高的原因。为提高做功效率需将进口压力最大化,需要减小压降,经山东汇丰石化集团有限公司公用工程平衡及优化系统建模模拟后考虑扩径改造。为达到降低装置蒸汽消耗的目的,利用现有低碳烯烃汽轮机背压蒸汽阀组DN250预留阀增加了一条DN200低压蒸汽线外送至低压蒸汽主管网压力最低点(0.85 MPa)油品储运罐区低压蒸汽支线。措施实施后,经核算富气压缩机同等工况下汽轮机每年可节约中压蒸汽约10240 t,可节约低压蒸汽价格体系计算费用约15万元。且原低压蒸汽线流速由改造前的60 m/s降至30 m/s左右,极大降低了蒸汽线速,消除了安全隐患。According to the present situation of rich gas compressor in low carbon olefin unit,the reasons of high back pressure of rich gas compressor,low power of turbine and high line speed of outlet low pressure steam pipeline are analyzed.In order to improve the working efficiency,the inlet pressure needs to be maximized and the pressure drop needs to be reduced.After the modeling and simulation of the balance and optimization system of public works of Shandong Huifeng Petrochemical Group Co.,Ltd.,the diameter enlargement is considered.In order to reduce the steam consumption of the device,a DN200 low-pressure steam line is added to send the low-pressure steam branch line to the oil storage and transportation tank area at the lowest pressure(0.85 MPa)of the low-pressure steam main network by using the DN250 reserved valve of the existing low-carbon olefin steam turbine back pressure steam valve group.After the implementation of the measures,it is calculated that the steam turbine under the same working condition of rich gas compressor can save about 10240 t of medium pressure steam every year,and the calculation cost of low pressure steam price system can be saved about 150000 yuan.And the original low pressure steam line velocity from 60 m/s to about 30 m/s,greatly reduce the steam line speed,eliminate the potential safety hazards.
