“健康中国”视阈下社区体育健康促进价值及其路径研究

摘　　要：文章采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,结合健康中国建设背景,论述健康中国建设中社区体育的重要性,以及健康中国建设中社区体育健康促进的价值,即激发参与热情与相互交流、丰富体育活动与公共服务、规范体育行为与有效组织、增进情感认同与归属之感等。提出健康中国建设视域下社区体育健康促进的路径,即以多元体育活动为抓手,促进居民参与;以科学体育健康观为引导,改善居民生活方式;以社区体育整合性功能为契机,增强社区凝聚力;以社区体育文化传播为桥梁,提高体育健康素养等,旨在提出健康中国建设中社区体育健康促进的可行性建议。Using literature,logical analysis and other methods,combined with the background of healthy China construction,discuss the importance of community sports in the construction of healthy China,and the value of community sports health promotion in the construction of healthy China,that is,to stimulate participation enthusiasm and mutual exchange,enrich sports activities Public service,standardize sports behavior and effective organization,enhance emotional identity and sense of belonging.Put forward the path of community sports health promotion from the perspective of the construction of Healthy China,that is,take diversified sports activities as a starting point to promote residents'participation;use the scientific sports health concept as a guide to improve residents'lifestyles;take the opportunity of community sports integration functions as opportunities Community cohesion;using community sports culture as a bridge to improve sports health literacy,etc.,aims to put forward feasibility suggestions for community sports health promotion in the construction of healthy China.
