摘　　要：[目的/意义]随着公共数字文化工程融合工作的开展,为加强公共数字文化工程数字资源的规范管理和统一调度,提高资源的利用效率,需构建公共数字文化唯一标识符体系,为公共图书馆、文化馆等文化机构提供跨域跨平台的资源服务业务支撑。[方法/过程]公共数字文化唯一标识符体系以国家数字图书馆唯一标识符系统(CDOI系统)为基础,构建"中心-国家-省-市"四级体系架构,建立跨机构、跨应用系统平台的唯一标识符资源链接数据库,贯穿于数字资源全生命周期管理。[结果/结论]统筹规划公共数字文化资源建设,加强不同文化机构之间的互联互通,促进传统文化行业和数字文化行业间的融合,使公众以最短的时间、最少的操作获得最想要的公共数字文化资源,有效解决信息资源的共建和共享。[Purpose/significance]With the development of the integration of public digital cultural projects,in order to strengthen the standardized management and unified scheduling of digital resources of public digital cultural projects,and improve the efficiency of resource utilization,it is necessary to build a public digital cultural unique identifier system for public libraries,cultural centers and other culture institutes,which can provide them cross-domain and cross-platform resource service business support.[Methods/process]The public digital cultural unique identifier system is based on the Digital Object Unique Identifier System of National Digital Library of China(CDOI system),it builds a four-level system architecture of“center-country-province-city”,and establishes a cross-institution and cross-application system database of CDOI.CDOI runs through the whole life cycle management of digital resources.[Result/conclusion]This paper finds out that it is necessary to make overall plans for the construction of public digital cultural resources,strengthen the interconnection between different cultural institutions,and promote the integration of traditional cultural industries and digital cultural industries,so that the public can get what they want most with the shortest time and the least operations.
