摘 要:为适应数字工厂、智能化工厂对电气控制系统的个性化要求,对MNS型低压抽屉式开关柜进行智能化技术改造。基于智能工厂的特性需求,分析总结了数种传感控制技术的优势,从开关柜柜体设计、传感器安装、控制系统原理等方面,结合专家系统原理设置智能分析系统,实现了开关柜可靠性、智能化升级。在实例应用中,所提设计方案与传统电控开关柜相比,其在巡检周期、意外停机次数和年度人工成本方面的效益显著。通过所述智能监控技术的应用,可进一步提高开关柜的工作可靠性,为实现智能工厂打造重要一环。相关设计方案改进了传统开关柜的巡检、维修方式,对类似产品智能技术升级方面可起到一定的指导作用。In order to adapt to the personalized requirements of digital and intelligent factories for electrical con⁃trol system,the MNS type low-voltage drawer switch cabinet was transformed into intelligent technology.Based on some characteristic requirements of smart factory,the advantages of several kinds of sensor and control technology were analyzed and summarized.The intelligent analysis system was set up in combination with the principle of expert system.The reliability and intelligent upgrading of switch cabinet were realized by starting from the design of switch cabinet,sensor installation,and principle of control system,etc.In the practical applica⁃tion,compared with the traditional electric control switchgear,the proposed design scheme has significant bene⁃fits in terms of patrol inspection cycle,accidental shutdown times and annual labor cost.By means of the applica⁃tion of the intelligent monitoring technology,working reliability of the switch cabinet could be further improved,and an important link could be created for the intelligent factory.The related design scheme broke through the traditional inspection and maintenance methods of switch cabinet,and has great guiding significance for the intel⁃ligent technology upgrading of similar products.
